I stink I do!

Do you know of somebody in your area in need of assistance?Perhaps they're old,a wobbly or just a bit mental.If you have answered yes to any of these then how about taking a small amount of time each week just to say "screw them."
Dont you do enough already without someone dribbling all over your good shirt or having to spend Sunday afternoons in some retirement home that stinks of piss talking inanely to some incoherent coffin dodger about the price of a packet of tea.
Have a beer instead,and just sit down and think about yourself for a change.
